And I have to say, I am really glad I did. This book is an amazing collection of stories from different people with one common 'ingredient' - hope. There is still a lot of stigma surrounding mental health in Ireland and this book is definitely the way to break it. I recommend it to everyone who ever had mental illness or to those who know anyone suffering from depression, anxiety or panic attacks. like · see review
